ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Administrative services include: internet research, video conference management (Zoom and Webex), Cloud-based setup (Google Drive, DropBox, and OneDrive), managing email accounts. Services that are specific to your business needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Respond to customers’ inquiries, email follow-up, and mailbox organization; Supply liaison facilitation and inventory management.

CREATIVE DESIGN
Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Creative apps ~ Photoshop & InDesign); Content Creations; Souvenir Journals and Programs for events (print and digital).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project plans, market research, coordination/communication with stakeholders; Development of integrated master plans; and managing timelines.
SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANCE
Account setup; Develop content calendar and graphic design creation. Platforms include Facebook (Meta Business Suite), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.

DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT
Develop document libraries; document file conversion; Powerpoint presentations; project management plans, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
